What is same-day delivery?

Certain items at CHICOS.COM are now eligible for Same-day delivery, if order placed by 2 PM local time. Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week in select areas. Holiday delivery and cut-off times may vary.

What is same-day delivery fee?

Same-day delivery fee for qualified order is $10 USD. For orders that don't qualify can still pick up for FREE or get it shipped to your home.

Note: Same-Day Delivery fees are non-refundable if delivery attempt is made.

Who will be delivering my same-day order?

Same-day delivery is made through our delivery partner, Walmart goLocal, in select locations across the U.S.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

If you are not available, our delivery partner would leave your package outside your door, safely.

If you are unavailable during delivery attempt and our delivery partner cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout.

In a case, when delivery partners are unable to deliver, your order will be returned to the store, and store may try to contact you to make adjustments.

What if I don't receive Same-day delivery?

If you receive an email stating that your order has been delivered, be sure to search hidden location and/or parameter around your place.

If you are still unable to find your order, call customer service at 1-888-855-4986.

In a case, when delivery partners are unable to deliver, your order will be returned to the store, and store may try to contact you to make adjustments. You would receive cancelation email if we were unable to make adjustments.

Note: Same-Day Delivery fees are non-refundable. Your cancelation email will include return amount and details.
